Response timeframes
SMEtechspace and its partners prides themselves in being responsive and dedicated to high quality services. You can expect that we always get back to you much faster than you would think. We personally acknowledge your inquiries within 24hrs maximum and ensure quick follow ups throughout to get your projects well on their way.
Where do our resources come from?
A majority of our resource base is South East Asia for the most part given the suitability of timezones and price points to drive value. We focus on suppliers in locations where we have direct working experience to ensure culture fit and successful partnership outcomes. Furthermore, our supplier partners have been in this business for decades ensuring sound business practices, highly professional dealings, and responsive communications.
Fair work/trade policies
We respect our team mates and the regulatory environments they work in. As such we expect mutual understanding on managing company policies and other requirements as per labor regulations.
What we are not
Our best efforts are put forward to support your technology requirements and always in the spirit of true partnership. Our goal is to provide valuable and cost effective services to a few VS many and in order to keep those standards high we do follow a partner code of conduct. We are not a HR or technology recruitment firm and as such our supplier resources are not available for direct hires at any time during or post engagements.

All supplier engagements are for paid services. We are therefore not a service that operates for free to conduct exploratory research, trials, or for comparative quote sourcing.
Languages
Our language of operation is English for all management communications and project resources.
Billing currency
Our partners invoice in USD for all services.
What are your pricing models?
SMEtechspace suppliers operate on monthly billing models with the shortest engagements ranging around 3 months. Engagement timeframes shorter than 3 months can be arranged for particular needs where the scope is very clear. We do not offer daily rates given the resource allocation models used by our partners. Please note that if there is (or should be) a discovery process this allocation has to be factored into the project timeline.
Engagement cancellations
Cancellation clauses are built into all supplier agreements and notice periods can range anywhere from 30 to 90 days depending on the length of the original engagement.
What if you can’t support my tech stack?
SMEtechspace has 1000+ resources across its vetted supplier base. However, there are rare occasions where we may not be able to support you due to lack of available resources or a lack of support for a very particular technology stack. What some of our suppliers can offer in such cases is, based on your project length, to source the required talent. We will communicate such capabilities and timelines back to you for fast decision making.
