Our internally developed evaluation methodology covers the entire gamut of a company's processes from founders/leadership to their teams and even finance and HR departments that a client may have to engage with.

Only the best suppliers qualify to quote for any project with management commitment at the forefront. Our suppliers become our partners given the rigorous processes we undertake and the bond that we build. This is why we only work with SME suppliers ourselves as they know what it is to be a SME themselves!

We keep contracting as easy as possible with favorable client terms for cancellations ranging from 30-90 days depending on suppliers and types of projects undertaken. In all instances our objectives are to ensure productive partnerships and smooth operations.

2020 was a big year. Covid of course is what everyone knows globally, but on a personal level it impacted a whole lot more. I was faced with a challenge of creating work for myself and the main asset I had was my global network of trusted colleagues and partners from all of my travels.

SMEtechspaces was born with my closest group of friends and colleagues in Germany with a vision of driving high quality and value in technology services. Our work has extended beyond those borders over the past years to cover the US and Asia. The core element to the success of this model was the in-depth partner selection process, which I had ample expertise in thanks to my ERP days, and the initial set of great partners and clients who are still with us to-date.

I learned during my travels and over the years that SMEs face great challenges when looking for technology partners. For SME firms there is no room to make errors when selecting tech partners in a post-Covid era. SMEtechspace is a successful model at solving this very problem using the right management levers with attention to quality and communications.
